• When will my Part be available? 
    Soon!  Please know that we are working hard to restock any Part that is currently unavailable. Where possible an estimated date of arrival will be published on the OpenBuilds Part Store. 

  • Will you restock the Part I need?
    Yes, the Part you need is going to be restocked very soon.  This is a temporary state and we are working hard to restock as quickly as possible.

  • Can I be notified when the Part is back in stock? 
    Yes, you can be notified via email when the Part is back in stock if there is a "Notify Me" button on the Product Page where the add to cart button usually is located.

  • Can I place a Pre-Order?
    Yes, pre-orders may be available.  This is your fastest way to receive a Part that is currently out of stock.  Your order will be shipped automatically as soon as the Part(s) become available.  You can either place your pre-order directly on the OpenBuilds Part Store or reach out to the customer service department at [email protected] and they will be happy to help.
