Below are some common order statuses and their description.
- Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order and payment were processed and we are working on packing and shipping your order.
- Awaiting Payment: An order has been initiated and payment is needed in order to process and ship it.
- Pending: Your order was received and is currently pending. Please check your email or OpenBuilds Part Store account for an order message.
- Partially Shipped: All in stock orders were shipped and any remaining items will follow shortly. Details are sent either via email or an order message through the OpenBuilds Part Store.
- Canceled: Your order was canceled per your request and a full refund/credit has been applied.
- Refunded: A refund was issued for either part or your entire order. Details can be found either via email or an order message through the OpenBuilds Part Store
