Through your account on the OpenBuilds Part Store, you have the ability to

Send Messages about your order to the Part Store

View Order Status

Print Invoices and View Complete Orders

Edit Your Address Book

Edit Your Wish Lists

Edit Your Personal Account Details

Recently Viewed Items 

Below are some common order statuses and their description.

  • Awaiting Fulfillment:  Your order and payment were processed and we are working on packing and shipping your order.
  • Awaiting Payment:  An order has been initiated and payment is needed in order to process and ship it.
  • Pending:  Your order was received and is currently pending.  Please check your email or OpenBuilds Part Store account for an order message.
  • Partially Shipped:  All in stock orders were shipped and any remaining items will follow shortly.  Details are sent either via email or an order message through the OpenBuilds Part Store.
  • Canceled:  Your order was canceled per your request and a full refund/credit has been applied.
  • Refunded:  A refund was issued for either part or your entire order.  Details can be found either via email or an order message through the OpenBuilds Part Store
